I bought Apple TV 4th generation of 110 Volts in US. Can I use this UK where it is 220 Volts current ?

yes psu is universal, same deal with all apple psu's and chargers

If you get out a magnifying glass and read the microscopic notes on the bottom of the ATV unit, it actually says what the voltage range is and you are fine.
