i am switching from iTunes uk to us. how do i immediately cancel apple music so that i can change region? switching off the auto renew doesn't seem to do it
You can't change iTunes to U.S. unless you also have a credit card issued in the U.S. and a U.S. billing address.
i do have both of those now. i have moved to the US which is why i need to switch.
You have to first sign out your iTunes account.
i signed out and signed back in again but i get the same message when i click on change location - to change stores you must first cancel your apple music membership
