El Capitan is draining batter so quickly

Was having an issue with my battery draining quickly after latest El Capitan update 10.11.3 only to find out I needed a new battery. Had Apple install a new one yesterday (1/30/2016) and it's still happening. When I click on the little battery icon it's telling me that Safari is using significant energy. Is anyone else having this issue and is there a fix for it? Thanks
