Q: After upgrade to El Capitan I cannot delete an Internet account

Upgraded to El Capitan and my iCloud account is all working fine. I have another account on @me.com which shows in the Internet account pane on system preferences but will only allow me to select email (no contacts or calendar) and I have an inactive account which again I cannot delete but seems to be my @me.com account.

I have tried to delete the account but all I get is the following and this is not my iCloud account (yet the accounts receives email okay)
