Moving all drives from one Mac Pro to a newer one will Aperture contine to work or will I have to reinstall it on the new machine.

I am changing my Mac Pro type 3.1 to a Mac Pro type 5.1.

I plan to move the drives from the 3.1 trays to the 5.1 drives and hope to continue using the system as before but with a lot more power and upgrade ability.

Will Aperture start up and run? the installed Aperture is at the latest level 3.6 and OSX is at the latest version 10.11.3.

I have the CD for Aperture 2 and 3 and upgrade from 2 to 3. The upgrade to 3.6 was via an App store download which I have a DMG of.

App store has me registered as having purchased Aperture.
