Quicktime version 10.4 El Capitan lost unsaved video

I used quicktime player to record my screen for a demo with video. After I stopped the demo quick time somehow exit without me saving the video. I have googled around to for instructions to get my video back, to no avail. Is there a way I can retrieve that recorded video? I have looked into this folder following some the instructions online, to no avail. ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.QuickTimePlayerX/Data/Library/Autosave Information
