Q: After 9.2 update i phone 6 plus, lost all my notes. how do i get them back

I understand you are missing notes on your iPhone 6 Plus. If you recently restored from an iCloud backup, take a look at the article below for information on recovering lost data.
Get help finding missing information in iCloud after restoring an iOS device
If you do not see your notes on iCloud.com, I would recommend checking to see if they are located on other over-the-air personal information managers similar to iCloud. Some examples of these type of accounts would be Exchange, Google, Yahoo! or AOL.
If your notes are located in another account and this account is listen on your iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then turn on Notes for the account.
