How could we fix our issue with FaceTime?

We have serious issues with FaceTime. FaceTime will freeze every 5 minutes for about 15 seconds. It is the same problem, no matter if we use our iPhone, iPad or Macbook. We have already checked our internet, there was no problem, so it must be something wrong with FaceTime. This issue started about 3 weeks ago and now it won't go away!
