iPad Pro print centre stuck when using task switcher?

When I have the smart keyboard attached and I use the command/tab shortcut to switch apps, I always have the print centre app opened.

If I open the app, it won't let me swipe it away and there's no print jobs waiting.

But if I swipe up using the four fingers gesture on the screen then the print centre app doesn't appear.

I have tried rebooting the iPad and taking the keyboard on/off but nothing works.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 9.2.1

Did you find a solution to this problem? I have both iPad Air and iPad Pro 9,7" and this issue still persists...

I Currently have the same problem with my iPad Pro. Print centre pops up whenever I switch apps using the Smart Keyboard. It's been like that for nearly two weeks now.

Tried rebooting the iPad, but still.

Well, it's already mid-October 2016 and I still have the same problem that everyone above has been complaining about! I'm on an iPad Pro 9.7 with smart keyboard.
