How to unlock my iphone 5 passcode?

i didn't use my i5 for a very long time(and sure it ran out of bettery) and i found that it has been locked by passcode and i totally forgot the passcode

this are some informations about my iphone

-cuz i just open it for the first time after restarting so i cant use any features except emergency call

-i connected it to my icloud however i didn't find it in my devices in icloud setting(may be too old ios version)

-i cant connect to wifi but i cant access the internet from my simcard

-i didn't backup...

-it isn't the lastest ios(i think somewhere around 9.xxx)

-I can see my i5 when i when i logged in to https://getsupport.apple.com/

-when my i5 connect to the internet it appear the pop up to my iphone6

Can anyone help me? or Can apple delete my passcode without losing the data?
