Q: iPhone 6s signal dropping

I have recently bought an iPhone 6s. However I notice that my signal fluctuates going from having strong signal (5 dots) to now signal (zero dots filled in). As this is a brand new phone this should happen. I am tempted to get it replaced by my carrier but want to know if it could be something from the iOS in stead.

My carrier is O

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2.1

Are you seeing this signal fluctuation only in one location, or in several? To begin with, take a look at the basic troubleshooting steps for issues with cellular connection.
