Q: Apple pay not working from start on apple watch
Good evening
I would like to advise whom might be concerned about my experience with my apple watch case *******
The service I have received and still try to receive is very poor I did not expect this from premium brand like apple, we have got 3 iphones 2 ipads and a watch so far at home as I like apple products for reliability and ease of usage, I have been on the phone several times wasting my time since I have an issue with apple pay function on my watch that I have never managed to get working from the beggining of the ownership I have been advised to unpair the watch several times, remove and add the card several times after every attempt I had to visit a shop to see if the issue is fixed and every time I looked very silly when the payment did not work and i had to use the same card on my phone instead, I have advised the support about this several time I have been passed to 3 senior advisors so far and with the first one the repair was scheduled, after finding out the fault was not found and the watch is on its way not rectified, I have contacted 2nd senior advisor that assured me that he will force the watch replacement and provide compensation for the ongoing fault, he advised me that I should contact him when I get the watch back from the first repair I have send several emails and he never got back to me I have paired and tried the watch again and went to the shop just in case but of course that attempt failed again and I have used the phone instead, I have contacted support again last friday and been advised by the 3rd senior advisor that he will contact the second one and ask him to contact myself, I have still not been contacted by anyone, I have been told by the third advisor he will contact me to follow up on Monday so I will wait and see but he also told me that he send me an email with his information but the email never came, I still have got the emails with details of the first two senior advisors for my reference, I have never expected to have so much inconvenience with apple products and support, for the premium prices I have agreed to pay i expect more.
