Q: Error de autenticación en iMessage y FaceTime Mac

Everytime I try to log in FaceTime or iMessage on my Mac it says "error de autenticación", despite I've verified my ID account, e-mail and all that stuff. I can't use these apps so it's exhausting after all these months trying. Please help!

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

If you receive an error when trying to activate FaceTime and iMessage, be sure to go through the steps in If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime.
