Mainstage 3.2.3 is copying audio files on save as

I am on a Macbook Pro running OSX 10.10.3. When I save as, it is copying audio files and continuously taking up more hard drive space. The files seem to be related to a stock Mainstage patch, as they have "Steinway" in the file name. I have already consolidated the project so all EXS files and samples are in the same folder, but the problem presists. Any idea how I can stop this from occurring?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Select save as, then make sure all the boxes below are unchecked.

Yup, this is happening to me, too,just started happening within the last month. Also during "Save" (see this post MainStage keeps "Copying Audio files" during save)

Tedious, and it discourages me from saving often.
And, yes, lifenoise, note of those boxes are checked for me.
