My iTunes music is sitting on my iPhone but when I try to play anything (by selecting the Apple Music app on my phone) I'm just taken to a home screen that is persistently frozen. Stuck on a screen showing a girl in headphones listening to music. But I can't hear mine!? What is going on, was working before.
iPhone 5s, iOS 9.2.1
Double tap the home button and swipe the music app upward. Then hold the sleep/wake and home button until the Apple logo appears. There should then be a button that says "go to my music" -AJ
