Apple WatchHi
You may wish to consider trying the following steps:
- Back up your iPhone (you may wish to encrypt the backup, if using iTunes):
- Restore it to factory settings, with a fresh copy of iOS:
- Check whether the issue recurs before or after restoring from backup:
If the issue persists (or if you would prefer to skip directly to this step), contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your iPhone checked and, if recommended by Apple, serviced (potentially via chargeable repair service):

HI,
I am a IT professional, I have done a full iOS 10.0.0.2 reset, itunes reinstall, safe mode reinstall, etc..
It is a known hardware fault, hundreds/thousands of people have the same problem, but it is not being addressed by apple.
It is a problem with the touch chips on the logic board, it is all over the Internet known as 'iPhone 6 flickering' or 'iPhone 6 touch dieses'.

Edd
We are users just like you. Not Apple. What would you like us to do for you? If you feel you have a hardware issue, you'll need to bring the phone to Apple.
Best,
