How is Spotify turned off in cellular settings but still using data?
In settings > cellular > Spotify is turned off but it is still using dada. Why is this?

No it actually using my data. That counter is data only. In the Verizon app it shows it was used too.
Do you have your Wi-Fi turned on? If so, do you have a weak signal in Wi-Fi? Do you have Wi-Fi assist on?
The only time it even can work is on wifi I turned off spotify in allow to use cellular data. Wifi assist it off. Somehow it is still using data.
I Reset It every month and it has been off the whole month.
