Q: Help Needed ASAP

I was attempting to import my phone data to my computer and ended up with a restored phone from 2014. I'm being asked to give a password for an appl id that has not been used for years and when I attempt to look everything up I am told it's non existent.

I don't know what to do and my phone has so much info regarding work and family....ugh

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.2.1

Hopefully you have an iCloud or iTunes backup of your current iPhone right?

If so, then you can just do an erase of the current phone configuration and then restore your latest backup:

I have been trying to do that for the last three hours lol it my phone will not let me erase or restore without signing in to the apple id (that no longer exists) I've tried everything try to start fresh and now my phone is running super slow, crashing, etc...it's a mess

Hi
Go to itunes main page bottom of page contact itunes support .
Since ios 7 almost everything can be done over your wifi
No need to use your PC just wifi& iCloud back up .
If you can make an appointment at apple store
Take proof of purchase .
Or apple support .
