Q: iPod touch will not sync with iTunes.

Recently I updated to windows 10, and soon after I went to sync my iPod touch (5th generation) to my iTunes. However iTunes would not even recognize my iPod, and it would not allow me to even manually press sync. My iPod does appear on my computer and it even makes the dinging sounds that says a device has been plugged in and recognized, but iTunes just wont recognize it. I am using the apple cord that came with the iPod, and I have tried multiple other cords as well, my iTunes and iPod are all up to date. I've already tried running a diagnostic test on iTunes and it says everything it worked, except that it detects no device, so I'm not sure why this is happening.

I have tried looking at the apple support page and I have done everything they have suggested so far. None of it has worked.

I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem and if they know how to fix it, it would be a big help!
