iPad pro doesnt see my sim card

Bought my wife a new pro yesterday and installed sim card today - the iPad cant find it. Manual offers 4 different cell options. have tried them all but none work.

Followed apples instructions and now have to book a support call.

For 24 hours from now - WOW

not impressed it takes this long to get support, and we paid extra for extended support.

I guess the added time we get means we might get one call back in the next 2 years.

No machine, no fun -
