I've recently added a couple of dozen songs to iTunes and they aren't uploading to the cloud. I've had the little dotted-line cloud next to them for about 24 hours. Anything I can do to force this? I tried restarting my machine (iMac). I also recently upgraded iTunes to the latest version: 12.3.2.35.

This icon appears when a song is in the process of being matched and hasn't been processed. Try updating iCloud Music Library (File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library) to resolve this.
