Can i have private distribution on iBookstore for my organization?

I want to create some books using the iBooks Author for my organization. The number of my emplloyes are at about 400 people. The books have to do with marketing and sales material .For that i need to have a private distribution.Is it possible something like that through the ibooks store?If not what are my options?
