Q: My Iphone 4 32GB has been Randomly restart And switch OFF

My Iphone 4 32GB has been Randomly restart . If do not start (Any action not Disply) Some time 2 days. Factory has restored.I updated to iOS 7.1.2 - There's no application. Bettry Time Full day messgeing & calls . Please Help Me ..We need to hear from Apple right away...!
