Slow Restart - El Capitan

After the recent update restart on my MBP Retina 13" mid 2014 takes longer if restarting. You don't see the circle on restart, just black screen. I initially thought it I shut down but took 1minute to restart. I reinstalled the OSX from scratch but still happens so I know it is the OSX. Anyone else experiencing slower restart. Once logged in, works fine.
