    I understand that you are not hearing sounds as expected for some notifications on your iPhone. For this situation there are a couple of different settings I would suggest checking. 

     

    First, navigate to Settings > Sounds as described in the following article to ensure that you have a sound enabled and selected for any features that may not be giving you an audible notification.

    If the issue continues or the specific notifications you aren’t receiving an audible notification for aren’t listed here, I suggest reading over the next article to look at the specific notifications assigned to individual applications to try and find the issue.
