Cannot access tracks

Hi everyone there,

I am running ios 9.2.1 and Garageband 2.1

i can't access the main window showing all the tracks, and I cannot load icloud files either.

This happens on my ipad as well as my iphone.

Anyone with the same issue and/or a solution?
