Email locked up and birthday wrong

The other day my email locked up for so reason and when i go to iforgot I put my email in and my birthday and it still doesn't work. I tried all years that might be around that year and any years that I might have put in. Is there any way that I can get into my email and change the birthday that's linked to that email. If so please help.
