iOS/Exchange Generating Multiple Meeting Invites

Each time a calendar invite is opened using the calendar in iOS, another meeting invite is set to each of the attendees on the list. It seems to only happen when clicking on the location or using the notes to grab a number but it's been hard to isolate. As you can imagine this get quite annoying for attendees on the meetings. The calendar is an Exchange Online (365) business account.

I've been unable to find an answer on any Exchange or iOS discussion boards.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello All, I have an exec having the same issue. When he opened a calendar invite from his phone it generated a separate email to all the invitees but came from email.apple.com, not our exchange email address. Any help would be good. I still need to get with the user to find out what he did exactly and try to replicate the problem.

LACAllen,

Thanks for the response. This is close but not quite exactly what is going on here. Here are some more details:

-It's only happening for a single user from the business.

-Only happens from iOS, does not happen when accessing the Exchange calendar from Outlook. This and the point above lead me to believe it's something in the iOS settings for the user.

-The new calendar invite is sent anytime the meeting is accessed from iOS regardless of if the reminder has gone off.

Thanks again!
