My iPad Air 1 has just frozen while accessing Apple website. Any help?

Question

My iPad Air 1 , 16 GB, with 50 GB icloud just froze when I was trying to access Apple website.

I Tried to shut it down to no avail. Two days has passed and still no change. Any help for this?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 9.0.2

hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release.
