I'm logged into iCloud, iMessages, and AppleTalk with my MacBook Pro OS 10.11.3, iPhone 6 iOS 9.2, and iPad mini iOS 9.2
HOWEVER, my account info shows: MacBook Pro with Yosemite (wrong OS), iPhone 6 with iOS 8 (wrong OS), and iPad mini doesn't show at all.
How do I add the iPad mini (which iTunes stopped syncing on 1 Feb 16--it worked fine on 31 Jan 16)?

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205064 says "Devices with iOS 9 or OS X El Capitan will appear in the device list if you're signed in to iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, the App and iTunes Stores, or Game Center on the device." In the case of my iPad mini which definitely IS SIGNED IN. That isn't so. Why not?
