I have tried resetting network and printer but still phones and iPads only show envelope size paper. Our MAC's don't have this problem. Any ideas?

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (MM), iOS 9.2.1
There are no replies.
All of my IOS devises will only print with envelope 10 paper, since upgrading to 9.2.1.
