I am wondering if there is anyway possible to get a print out of all my outgoing and incoming facetime calls both on my old and new iPhone.
I am aware that I can view my current facetime call history in my 'recents' in my call history on my iPhone, but I need to submit a professional history of some calls I have made, and I am thinking showing screen shots of said calls will not help my case.

Since FaceTime is done via Wi-Fi, there is no other record of your calls other than in the Recents on your device.
If you use an application such as PhoneView (Mac) or TouchCopy (Mac or Windows), you can save your Recents to a text file which you can edit as required then print or email.

Understand, since you mentioned a professional history, if you need this for evidentiary purposes, your constructing the list may not be admissible. You may want to check into that before investing in TouchCopy. There may be special procedures for you to comply with to obtain this info.
I am submitting proof of a 'Bona Fide ' relationship, so I need proof of calls, but the only calls I make are facetime not actual phone calls, so I do not think any Immigration office wants to look at a photo of a call log.
I'm sorry, at what time did I ever say anything about a photo? If the immigration office says that you colleting the information in an application is sufficient, then that is what I was talking about.
