Apple Music problems

my iPod touch (5th generation) with 9.2 iOS will no longer play Apple Music songs I have downloaded for offline use When not connected online or on wifi. It used to play them now will not play anything but music previously purchased on iTunes. Please help! This is getting very aggravating Apple!

If still problem:

- Reset all settings

Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

- Restore from backup. See:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
