Q: restore permanently deleted files?

Can I restore permanently deleted photos? I was trying to free up storage on my iPhone 4s and permanently deleted all my photos and videos not realizing that they would be deleted from my icloud as well. My phone still says my photo library is using up 214MB of storage but all my files are gone from my phone and my icloud. These pictures are of the first 3 months of my sons life and are priceless.  I hope there is some way of recovering them.  Thank you for your time and help!

    Log into iCloud. Underneath your name, click on iCloud Settings. In the lower left corner, there is an Advanced section that includes Restore files. There is a 30-day sliding window on the restore. If this does not include your photos and videos, then you may be out of luck.
