how do you download full resolution pictures from icloud to your PC

this way you can only do it one picture at a time. Not to practical if people have 2000 photos. We want a way to "select all" and "download all"

From iCloud Photo Library? You can log in to https://www.icloud.com/ and go to the Photos app there and click "Select Photos" in the bar at the top and then click the Download button.
