I lost events that I duplicated
I highlighted several events in iPhoto to copy to a disk. I hit Duplicate, and these events are now gone from iPhoto, and I don't know where they are. Any help would be appreciated.

What version of iPHoto?
What exactly does "I hit Duplicate" mean - there is no "duplicate" key on a Mac

I am using iPhoto 9.6.1......When you highlight events, at the top clicking on Photos will give options, one is duplicate. I thought this would give a drop down box of options as to where to duplicate. It does not. Instead those events were taken from the iPhoto screen to where I don't know. Thanks
I have used Duplicate before and probably should have realized what it did. Problem is, I had Highlighted Events in iPhoto and assume that duplicate would do just that and not make the Events disappear from the iPhoto main page or Events page.
Evidently I did put these photos in the Trash. I just highlighted all of the photos, right clicked on one photo, and clicked Put Back. They are all now back on the Events page where they belong, and in the proper order with titles. I wish to thank you greatly and for taking the time. peace.
