iTunes only shows latest episode

I updated my podcast feed on feedburner 2 days ago, and it looks really weird in iTunes.

FIrst of all, it only shows the first 3 episodes and the latest episode I uploaded (episode 7), but in iTunes on my iPad where I'm subscribed it only shows the first 4 episodes? It doesn't say there is a new episode from the "my podcasts" section of the app.

All episodes play fine via feed burner.

Each episode contains a 'guid' tag which has to be unique: iTunes uses this when checking the feed to identify new episodes. Your 'guid' tags for episodes 7, 6, 5 and 4 are the same, so having seen episode 7 (the first in the feed) iTunes ignores episodes 6, 5 and 4. The earlier episodes have correctly unique 'guid' tags.
