I understand imessage will not activate on your new iPhone 6s. While you have gone through most of the troubleshooting steps that I could recommend, there may be a couple more that haven't been tried yet. This also includes the section labeled Still not activated after a day.
If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime
