Change name account name keeping profile

Hi,

I try to change my account name from "toto" to "titi". To do this I follow documentation here : Change the account name and home directory name on your Mac - Apple Support

Everything works well (I recover my files etc.) except that I lose my profile preferences... like trackpad, dock preferences etc..

Do you have a solution for me ?
