Is there a way to see when Spotlight indexed certain URLs?

Hi,

On Safari either on Mac OS 10.11 or iOS 9.2.1, every time I press a single letter I get a listing of old urls I visited in the past. Although I have already cleared all data from Safari, they still continue to pop up. I believe this is due to having being indexed once on Spotlight (or where once added to my favourites).

Is there any way to find out in what date these URLs were indexed to Spotlight?
I need to find proof of when I visited the mentioned URLs.

Thank you.
