Can't acess Photos inside iCloud - "Internal Server Error","errorCode":500}

Hi. I always used Photos app inside icloud but since 2 weeks ago, i just cant. Everytime i try to use photos app inside icloud.com i got the same error ( "Internal Server Error","errorCode":500} .


I still can see my photos getting updated thru icloud windows app and photostream. The problem is just one photos app inside icloud.com

I'm having the same problem! I can access all the other tabs in iCloud.com in my browser except for Photos! This is my error message.

Hello. I guess i have good news. Today,after almost two months, my photos app started working again. I did two things, so i don't know which one fixed it.


First, inside my icloud settings (https://www.icloud.com/#settings) , i deleted my listed device.


After that, inside my iCloud ID site (https://appleid.apple.com/) I changed the email of the iCloud account for another one. After that, i changed back to the original email i had previous. Note that i dont mean set the email as recover or aditional email, i changed the main login email for other, and changed it back again to the original.


After these two actions my photos apps started working again. So i'm not sure, which of these two steps fixed it. I would say for you to try the first step, and see if that helps. If not, try the second one.

Everyday I go and check the Photo App to see if it's working and haven't had any luck until today. I read your post and went to log into icloud.com and clicked the photos app to check before trying your fix and the Photo App opened! So I didn't do anything and the Photo App is working fine! Mmmmmm. Glitch??

Still having the same issue. Now since more than 100 days apple support is working on my issue. Can`t synchronize photos, have no access to photos via icloud.com, no numbers, no icloud drive, no access to icloud settings, not from my macbook, not from my 3 iphones (family) ...


Bought a macbook pro to work with my photos, and now I have to synchronize them via cable??? *** ...

icloud space message tells me that my available space reached the limit, but I am not able to access or work with it.


Is Apple support incapable to solve this issue? Never thought that apple support could be so incompetent for more than 100 days.


Sorry, but I reached a level of frustration which is extremely high.
