Incoming email that is presumably 12 points appears smaller than 6 font and is unreadable for me.
Is there someone to have all incoming email at a minimum font? I couldn't locate in Preferences.

You don't have complete control of how incoming mail is formated and presented to you.
You can customize the tool bar by adding the
Mail>View>Customize tool bar and drag the smaller/bigger to the tool barâthis will allow you to increase the size of the font in a per email bases.
If you go to Mail>Preferences>Font & Colors and choose a larger font for Message font, that doesn't work for you?
