Does iCloud App support SAML 2.0 SSO ? How to enable it ?

Is Single Sign On feature supported in iCloud ? If so, which protocol does it use ? (SAML, Open Id Connect etc) ?

Where can we do the configurations / settings for SAML2.0 SSO ?
