Feb 7, 2016 6:07 PM in response to lllaassby PaperPlate,Sorry.
None of these options seemed to of helped.
I even swapped the usb for a new one.
This is what the set up basically looks like...
I have a cintiq 18sx that dvi to hdmi adapter. That has a hdmi to thunderbolt adapter.
Im thinking this might be the issue. All these adapters could be messing with the legato?
The usb on the cintiq isn't plugged in (its for the pen) but its the monitor I use to navigate around the computer.
I get picture on my tv, which means the usb from the elgato is getting power. But every time i launch the el gato software, the screen goes black.
And the mini doesn't respond to it.

Feb 8, 2016 11:55 AM in response to lllaassby PaperPlate,Yes. I had a feeling you would say that.
I Have a VGA to thunderbolt on the way to alleviate that. I was hoping I could get this up and running in the meantime.
The cintiq only has a dvi and a vga port. So I don't have much of a choice there.
