Random Number Generator In Numbers for iOS

I'm sure that this has been covered before but I thought that I would share my solution for creating a random number generator in Numbers for iOS that defaults to a predefined value (or text) and then refreshes to a random number using the RANDBETWEEN function. Hope this is of some help to other Numbers users out there.
