a. Updating Your iOS from iOS 5
Tap Settings > General > Software Update

A device with iOS 6.1.6 can't be upgraded any further. iOS 6.1.6 was only for the 4G iPod touch and iPhone 3GS that mac out at 6.1.6. 6.1.6 fixed an FaceTime problem
