Can I do Timed Access Control through a LAN Connection instead of a WiFi connection? I know how to set it up for Wifi Devices but cannot configure for Ethernet cable connection. Trying to limit children's directly connected PS4.

Sorry, but no. Timed Access applies only to wireless clients.

Two options:
1) Connect the PS4 using wireless and set it up that way
2) Use a wireless to Ethernet bridge....like an AiPort Express and set up the WiFi Address of the AirPort Express for Timed Access
