Q: What's eating up my iCloud storage? I upgraded (5 mins ago) to 50G so I can put my entire photo library in there. I was using 3.8 of 5 gigs before I upgraded. It's telling me I only have 13.G free??? Won't backup my photos

Help!!

It's telling me that I am using less than four gigs in my storage, but at the bottom of the page it says I only have 13.5 gigs available out of 50. I haven't added anything to my storage since I upgraded like 10 minutes ago. So how can this be???
