Syncing ITunes U content across multiple devices

I have subscribed to courses on my Ipad, IPhone and Computer. But unlike all my other itunes content they dont sync. Courses only seems to be at the local level which was fine 10 years ago, but doesnt make much sense in today's computing environment

How do I synchronize my ITunes U content across all of my Apple Devices?

Can you provide some examples of specific courses that failed to sync across your devices? Are you using the same iTunes U account for all of your devices? Without the specifics, it's difficult to provide concrete steps to help you solve your problem, or to properly report the issue to Apple.
