I'm a bit unclear what you mean when you say that you got them from "itunes sync"; do you mean that you synced them from iTunes on your computer to your iPhone? What is the original source of the music files in iTunes? Were they purchased from the iTunes Music Store, or did they come from another source?

No.

Copy the song to a cd or thumb drive and your sister can copy the song to her iTunes music library and then sync her phone to iTunes to get song.
